Ray Pitoau Arrested in Mexico
Ray Pitou was arrested in Mexico and brought back to San Diego for arraignment. He is being charged with the shooting of an off-duty sheriff's deputy.

DSA Offers Reward for Information that Leads to Arrest
Anyone with information on the location of suspect Ray Pitoau should call the San Diego Police Department at (619) 531-2000 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. Pitoau is a suspect in the shooting of an off-duty deputy. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up $1,000 in addition to the Deputy Sheriffs’ Association of San Diego County who is offering $5,000 to anyone with information that leads to an arrest in this case.
