The Deputy Sheriffs' Association of San Diego County is the professional labor organization representing more than 2,500 sworn deputies of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Run for the DSA Board

Petitions due December 5

2017 Election Petitions must be received at the DSA office no later than 4 p.m. on December 5, 2017. Submit a nomination petition signed by 49 Active DSA Class 1 members in good standing, along with a photo and brief written statement.


Help the DSA Fight Hunger with its Holiday Food Drive

Fight Hunger This Holiday Season! Donate and help fill the red barrel! The DSA is hosting a canned food drive benefiting the San Diego Food Bank. Bring canned or non-perishable food to the DSA Office before December 15. Both Sheriff's employees and public may drop off during office hours.


Lonny Brewer Memorial Raffle Raises $9,000

DSA replaces Brewer’s headstone for 30th anniversary of his death

The DSA held a raffle in October and early November to help raise funds to replace Lonny Brewer's headstone for the 30th anniversary of his Line of Duty Death. In just a few short weeks, the raffle raised $9,000 towards that endeavor.
