The Deputy Sheriffs’ Association of San Diego County (DSASD) has filed a lawsuit challenging the County of San Diego’s implementation of the California Public Employee Pension Reform Act (PEPRA), signed into law by Governor Brown last September. Read Full Press Release

Support Fund & Fundraising Events
Detective Perez faces a long road to recovery. The Deputy Sheriffs’ Association has set up an account at San Diego County Credit Union, under “Detective Ali Perez Support Fund,” to help his family during his recovery. Several fundraisers are also raising funds for Det. Ali Perez and Sgt. Craig Johnson. More info
