The annual DSA open enrollment period for insurance and benefits will commence in October. Full open enrollment packets will be mailed to your home. Over the next couple of months, more information will be released online and in the Silver Star and online as it becomes available.

• Enrollment period runs October 15 – November 7. 
• No changes to any of the dental and vision rates. 
• No changes to Life and AD&D rates.
• Members only need to enroll if electing new coverage or making a change to existing coverage .
• Enrollment material will be mailed to all active and retired members the week of October 1.
• Enrollment forms need to be returned to the DSA no later than November 7.
