San Diego Fire Recovery

The DSA thanks the citizens of San Diego County for working with law enforcement and fire personnel during the recent fires. DSA members who have been impacted by the fires in San Diego County should contact the DSA for assistance. If you know of any DSA member or SDSO employee who has lost their home, please contact the DSA on their behalf at (858) 486-9009.

Most insurance carriers will be sending claims representatives to evacuation centers to help customers. They will enter affected communities as soon as those areas are declared safe. You should keep all receipts for repairs made to a home and expenses while evacuated. If you know you have lost your home, you should contact your insurance carrier to initiate a claim.
