Letter from the Board

Now that the election is over and the dust has begun to settle, we, as the directors of the Deputy Sheriffs’ Association, are focusing on the tasks at hand. The DSA board collectively signed an agreement to work together for the members of the association.

Ken Collier Memorial Bands

Green memorial bands honoring Ken Collier will be sold at the DSA store starting March 12 for just $5 including tax. The proceeds will benefit the Deputy Sheriff’s Foundation.



Negative COLA could affect retirements

A negative COLA can affect the amount of money you receive every month through your retirement. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics releases the CPI for the San Diego area in late February. The official COLA is announced at the Board of Retirement meeting in March.
