Summer is coming to an end—seems to end a little sooner every year. Our kids are all back in school; some just starting out in K and some a freshman in high school or college. Each step in between has a degree of stress and challenges for our kids. The world has become a very interesting place for them. Schools do a great job, but the ultimate responsibility is ours as parents. (Parents defined as anyone raising children to be sure.) So if this is the roll you have chosen, it isn’t a part time job. It’s full time and more. You will never regret any of the time you spend or the things you do with your kids. You will regret the time we let slip by when you are away from them, so make the most of every moment together.
